On the 1M-ton truck models, check nut "A" and lock nut "B" in Fig. 103 are loosened and the pedal stop adjusted until the clutch pedal clears the floor board %".

To obtain 1" free travel of the clutch pedal before the clutch begins to disengage, on the passenger cars, loosen check nut "A" in Fig. 104 and turnthe adjusting nut "B" until the pedal travels 1" before clutch begins to disengage.

On the 1 1/2 ton truck models this same adjustment is made by loosening the check nut "A" in Fig. 105 and the lock nut "B" and turning the adjusting screw "C" until the clutch pedal has 1" of free travel before the clutch begins to disengage.
